If an order is cancelled because a product is unavailable or due to an error, any payment received for that order will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process.

We accept payment methods made available on the website, which may include online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

PRO ASE reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

6. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS and/or WhatsApp.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance if the order is subsequently found to contain an error, fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or product availability issue.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors.
  • Delivery restrictions.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts.
  • Any other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days
  • North-Eastern States, Jammu & Kashmir, Tier-3 districts and remote locations: Delivery may take longer than the standard timelines.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, courier delays, remote locations, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

PRO ASE does not generally offer returns or refunds.

We provide a 6-day replacement window for eligible issues such as size, colour, wrong model/product received, or qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

A ₹120 replacement fee applies to eligible replacement requests.

9. Warranty

Certain products may be covered by our Warranty Policy.

For eligible footwear purchased directly from proasesports.com, a 30-calendar-day warranty applies for qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and verification.

Products purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or other third-party marketplaces are subject to the respective platform's applicable policies.

10. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers or systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material.
