5. Exchange Policy (No Returns)

We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges are allowed within 6 days of delivery.
A flat ₹120 exchange fee is applicable.

Customers may exchange for:

Different size
Different colour
Any product of equal value

Price Difference:

If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
If the new product is of lower value, no refund or credit will be provided.

Conditions:

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
