PRO ASE Warranty Policy

The PRO ASE Warranty Policy is our commitment to customers who purchase products directly from proasesports.com.

This warranty policy works alongside, but separately from, our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, and explains what is covered if a product develops a manufacturing defect.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the PRO ASE website. Products purchased through marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or other third-party platforms are subject to the respective platform's warranty, return, and replacement policies.

Warranty Period

30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the PRO ASE website.

Covered Under Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Pasting defects
  • Sole-related manufacturing defects
  • Other manufacturing defects that are determined to have occurred during production

Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by prolonged use
  • Damage to the sole due to regular usage
  • Damage to the upper due to regular usage
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by improper care or maintenance

Products Not Covered Under Warranty

The following products are not covered under the PRO ASE Warranty Policy and are not eligible for replacement under warranty:

  • Weight Lifting Straps
  • Weight Lifting Belts
  • Kit Bags
  • Nets
  • Balls
  • Badminton Rackets
  • Pickleball Rackets
  • Exercise Bands
  • Yoga Mats
  • Yoga Wheels
  • Yoga Bricks
  • Skates

These products are either consumable items that naturally experience wear during use or products for which manufacturing-defect assessment is not covered under our warranty policy.

Important Information

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by PRO ASE. A product will be eligible for warranty replacement only if the reported issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

Damage resulting from normal usage, wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or prolonged use will not qualify for warranty replacement.

For products purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or other marketplaces, customers must raise warranty or replacement claims through the respective platform or seller process, as applicable.
