Shipping Policy
Pan India Delivery
- We offer FREE delivery across India on all orders.
Express Delivery
- Express shipping is available at checkout.
- An additional charge applies based on location and service availability.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to track your order in real time.
International Shipping
- International shipping is currently not available.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays (weather, logistics, remote locations).
- Please ensure accurate shipping details to avoid failed deliveries.
Exchange Policy
No Returns
- All purchases are final sale.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchange Window (7 Days)
- Exchanges must be requested within 6 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange Fee
- A flat fee of ₹120 is applicable on every exchange.
Exchange Options
Customers may:

- ✔️ Exchange for a different colour
- ✔️ Exchange for another product of equal value
Price Difference Policy
- If the selected product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
- If the selected product is of lower value, no refund or credit will be provided.
Exchange Process
- Raise an exchange request by emailing us at asesportsindia@gmail.com.
- Our team will arrange pickup or guide you through the process.
- After quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Important Guidelines
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
