At ASE Sports, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide a 7-day replacement window for issues related to size, color, or model, or in the rare case of a manufacturing defect such as pasting issues.
Please note:
- Replacements are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging and condition.
- A ₹100 replacement fee applies.
- No warranty is provided on sports products.
To request a replacement:
- Email us at asesportsindia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID in the subject line.
- Describe the issue clearly and attach photos of the product.
- Our team will respond with a confirmation within 48 hours.
- Ensure the product is properly packed for pickup.
- Pickup will be arranged within 10 business days.
Important: If the returned product does not match the original request or is found to be used or damaged, the pickup will be denied.
